Mr. McMahon oversees the analysis of estate and business planning documents. His task is to condense such information to its simplest form in order to produce and update client Flow Diagrams. His primary focus is reviewing clients’ Last Wills and Testaments, Trusts, Business Agreements and other documents to ensure that the same are consistent with clients’ objectives and to identify potential planning gaps and opportunities.
Following the completion of the initial Flow Diagram, Mr. McMahon continues to monitor the efficacy of the documents with respect to new developments in clients’ lives, gift tax legislation and estate tax legislation.
Mr. McMahon began his professional career at Heritage Strategies in 2009.
A graduate of Loyola University’s Sellinger School of Business, Mr. McMahon earned his Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an academic concentration in economics.
Mr. McMahon resides in Oyster Bay, New York.
